As the Head of Sales and Operations, he ensures a seamless experience for customers from start to finish, standing by them every step of the way.  His passion for excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency drives Revive’s success.

A proud graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Paul grew up in Monroe, Louisiana, and now calls Shreveport home. In his spare time, Paul enjoys playing tennis and golf, traveling, and spending quality time with family, friends, and his beloved dog, Bear.

Karen is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a proud graduate of LSU-Shreveport — right here in our local community. With a strong background in financial management and business strategy, she oversees financial efficiencies, business operations, and long-term strategic growth at Revive.

Passionate about driving sustainable growth, Karen plays a pivotal role in streamlining operations and providing guidance for long-term success.  She brings a steady hand to everything we do, helping us stay efficient and focused on what matters most: serving our customers. Outside of work, you’ll find Karen on the tennis court and spending quality time with her family and friends.
